ARPI
                              METHOD

ARPI is a lifestyle shared by Chaka Schipper that prioritizes cultivating Awareness of your unique medicine while recognizing Rest as a cornerstone of true well-being. It empowers you to gain clarity on your Purpose, aligning your life with intention and fueling your daily motivation. Interaction:reconnecting with nature, your root(s), and a community of like-minded individuals, is at the heart of ARPI, providing grounding and inspiration. Through this process, ARPI invites you to unlearn imposed beliefs and reclaim your authentic path.

At its core, ARPI supports your journey through personal blockages, facilitating a profound rebirth. This transformation is rooted in practices that nurture a deeper understanding of your true self. It includes cultivating a decolonized mindset, recognizing and addressing spiritual bypassing, and embracing tools that support you integrate, heal, and grow. ARPI is a path of rediscovery and questioning, where each step strengthens your connection to your inner truth.

Chaka opens spaces that empower you to learn from others, whether through shared healing tools or inspiring stories of awakening. Drawing from his own journey, he shares methods and practices that have helped him overcome challenges and find balance. His message is clear: we are not defined by our past wounds, and nothing external can diminish our worth.

ARPI acts as a bridge between cultures, reintroducing ancient traditions that have guided our ancestors for millennia. Whether you participate in an ARPI circle, an online journey, or a 1:1 facilitation with Chaka, you will find a safe, supportive space to be vulnerable, share your story, and inspire others along the way.

ARPI will not change your life, it will give you the tools to balance your duality and take intentional steps toward coming back of yourself . Through small, mindful actions, you’ll learn to feel what truly resonates with you, one step at a time.

This isn’t the esoteric circle you imagine, nor is it the mechanical therapy you fear, it’s ARPI.

We honour that the lands where we gather and work are ancestral lands, some also home to First Nations peoples for millennia. Some of the words we share come from the teachings of Kichwa and Panzaleo people of the Andean regions in Ecuador. We extend respect and gratitude to their Elders past, present and emerging, and to their enduring bond with the land. At ARPI we recognize the interdependence of all life. Living in harmony means unity, solidarity and empathy. When we remember that we are part of the Earth and not its owners, the path to a just and compassionate future opens. We welcome dialogue, feedback and collaboration as we walk together. Our terms and conditions can be found within the following link: Terms & Conditions
